ITSec Ltd were recently been appointed by a Health Insurance heavy-weight to develop a bespoke ‘Claims Handling’ system. This is based on the ITSec iPams (Policy Administration) system with a certain element of bespoke coding to fit with the businesses current processes.The system includes various modules:

- Claims Handling
- Client Management
- Correspondence with Compliance
- Partner Management
- Third Party Commission Payout
- New Product Launch Tool
The completed system will be delivered for User Testing to the client in June 2011.
